Webcomics can be really ugly but I have managed to find a few that are both clean and funny.
The Nolans
Silly comic about a family who does silly stuff. Pretty classic with lots of multi-strip stories.
The Sons
This comic is very unusual.(Example: One of the characters is forced to fight a Chronosaur with a chicken before being challenged by a ninja and then teleported to tea land by a pink unicorn) That being said, for some reason I love the weird dialogue and stories as the Sons try to survive.
Urban Jungle
Think about Dilbert. Now replace all the people with animals. Office humor and animal humor make this webcomic lots of fun.
Precocious
Anthropomorphic comic about kids that terrorize the neighborhood.
Little Dee
A girl gets lost and then adopted by a bear, a dog, and a vulture. Sometimes funny sometimes sweet. Unfortunately this comic is ending, but all of the archives are still there.
Brawl in the Family
My all time favorite webcomic. Mainly video game humor so the audience might be a little limited.
